Cancellations and Refunds for Services provided by Nada Sura

Nada Sura handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Each session and event has specific terms and conditions for when you sign up. Please review those upon booking. In general, should you wish to cancel attendance to an event or session, up to 5 days before the event, Nada Sura will honour a full refund, and half a refund for cancellations up to 2 days before the event.

If you cancel on the day before the event or are a no show, you will not receive any refund. However, Nada Sura may allow the you to nominate another suitable candidate, which Nada Sura holds you solely accountable for, to take your place. 

This new candidate will need to sign up and agree to these terms and conditions. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Nada Sura.

By completing payment for either a session or a purchase, you are indicating that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Your session with Nada Sura is not intended as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. You should seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner before commencing any treatment or if you have any questions related to your mental or physical health, physical fitness, or medical conditions. 

I recommend that you do not stop or alter any treatment you are currently receiving without the prior consent of your doctor or mental health advisor.

For any Reiki session, if you have experienced any mental health issue in the past, you agree to consult your medical practitioner before commencing this treatment.

You understand that the intention for any Service is to track trauma at the core of root of the issue and you may uncover and go into uncomfortable past memories. 

You understand that while these treatments may relieve symptoms, you understand the importance of working in conjunction with your medical practitioner before coming off any medication. 

You accept responsibility for any choices and decisions you make. It is your responsibility to seek out additional help and support should you need it following a session.

Nada Sura is not responsible for and will not be liable to you or anyone else for any action or decision taken in reliance upon information contained in your session or on the website. 

By undertaking a course of therapy with Nada Sura you accept that Nada Sura cannot guarantee the therapeutic outcome and that any fees are in consideration of time and expertise regardless of the therapeutic outcome.
